Simple Process
How It Works
- 1
Consultation
We start with a free phone or video consultation to understand your goals, budget, and lifestyle. For larger projects, we schedule an in-home site visit across the HRM to assess the property's infrastructure.
- 2
System Design
Our team creates a custom design document with equipment specifications, floorplan diagrams, and a transparent cost breakdown. You'll know exactly what you're getting before any work begins.
- 3
Professional Installation
Certified technicians handle the complete installation — wiring, mounting, configuration, and integration testing. We maintain a clean worksite and protect your finishes throughout.
- 4
Configuration
We program automated scenes, set up your apps, and walk you through everything in a personalized training session. You'll leave feeling confident controlling every aspect of your smart home.
